Protest of Natives

Natives gathered and closed the gate to the Primary Health Centre of
Nattika in protest against the negligence of the authorities to
appoint Doctors and staff to the Health Center. Police force came and
talked to the them but the wanted immediate action on the issue. MLA
Geetha Gopi arrives and talked to the people and promised to make
arrangements to get the services of a Doctor at the earliest. She made
immediate arrangements with the District Collector and a Doctor from
Mullassery Hospital arrived at around 2 p.m. and took charge of the
Hospital.
